This hotel in Bali truly offers a piece of paradise. The spacious villas with private gardens make you feel like you have your own little oasis. The staff, though not fluent in English, are attentive and always ready to assist. The pool, with its beautiful view of the surrounding rice fields, is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Additionally, the value for money is unbeatable, making it an ideal choice for budget travelers.
While everything was generally fine, it would be great if the bathroom tiles were cleaner and the towels were replaced.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is perfect as it's tucked away from the bustling city. The pool area is lovely, clean and well-maintained and the breakfast provided offers a decent selection. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The rooms are dated and not very clean. We found ants and other insects in our room, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. I request for hair dryer, international socket all received within minute. At my last day, I need to leave by 6am to catch a flight and my hot breakfast (coffee, sunny egg and toast) was ready at 5.30am.
Transport only 4 trips per day to Ubud town and is at fixed time. Dirty bath tub (but toilet is clean)

Based on my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms offered a beautiful view, overlooking the serene surroundings. Moreover, the included breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of healthy options to start the day off right. One particular highlight was the scheduled shuttle service to nearby tourist destinations, allowing for easy exploration without the hassle of traffic.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was flawless.

i like the natural environment, esp. the swimming pool with a view of rice terrace and mountains as the backdrop. it was serene to swim there. was lucky to witness a traditional wedding there in front of the pool, including music, dance, constume and everything, very nice! also like the garden. found the theme of turtles interesting too. free shuttle bus almost at our service any time since we were the only guests there. they came to pick us up from Ubud at any time we set, sweet!
the shower and towels which are quite old. minimal breakfast and even less if delivered to room. my package included breakfast and it made us feel like begging if we don't have to pay. quantity of food in the restaurant is a problem (too little!!!) even though quality was good. WIFI, which was supposed to be working, didn't work at all during our stay and we had to go to Ubud all the time for internet!also it didnot try to make guest aware that they charge 3% if you pay with credit card. i was told only at the time when we checked out! would be nice if they let you know in advance!

the architecture and the swimming pool are very nice.
unfortunately, it is not as good as it was when we stayed there 6 years ago. our room was not very clean. the aircon was broken and so was the toilet. as the staff was not very pro-active and spoke little english, it was difficult to get things sorted.
